About the chef

A journey shaped by world-class kitchens.

After training at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney, the chef behind AIKA Patisserie built her experience in the pastry kitchens of The Ritz-Carlton Dubai, Mandarin Oriental Dubai and Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam, before serving as Head Pastry Chef at W Amsterdam. Today, that international journey shapes every creation from AIKA Patisserie: technically refined, thoughtfully balanced and handcrafted in Gouda.
